In order to start processing, we must be presented with a complete application which involves the following required items:

  • Complete Application

  • Tri-merge Credit report (we can pull with wet signed Application)

  • Operating Agreement (2 years and YTD)

  • Rent-roll (if multi-tenant).

  • Executed Leases for Commercial Units.

  • Personal Financial Statement (Loans > $1MM)

  • Purchase & Sale Agreement (if applicable).

  • Last 2 Years Personal and Entity Tax Returns for file to grant advantageous pricing (700+ FICO).
